We’re looking for a driven Property Specialist to join our high-performance sales team.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait role — it’s a pick up the phone, build relationships, close deals, and grow your income kind of role.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership, receive hands-on mentoring, and be given the tools to become a top-tier agent in the property space.

What You’ll Be Doing
Speaking with clients and booking appointments
Following up leads and managing a live database
Conducting calls, meetings, and property presentations
Negotiating and guiding buyers through the full purchase process
Building your own pipeline and network
Working closely with brokers, vendors, and partners
Hitting KPIs (and smashing them)
Showing up, learning fast, and selling consistently

What We’re Looking For
Sales, call centre, or real estate experience (preferred, not essential if you’re sharp)
Strong communication and confidence on the phone
Highly driven, competitive, and self-motivated
Coachable and hungry to learn
Strong personal presentation and professionalism
Ability to work independently and manage your time
Must have a driver’s licence + own car
Assistant Agent Certificate / Class 2 Licence (or willingness to obtain)
