Willie founded Vega Property Emporium to help everyday Australians build wealth and achieve financial freedom through strategic property investment. His extensive industry experience and practical, hands-on approach have helped hundreds of first-time buyers and investors start their journey toward financial freedom. He is passionate about what he does and applies the same principles he teaches in his own life.
Before this, Willie spent over 30 years in property investment, holding senior management roles in multinational companies and contributing to major strategic decisions.
He holds a Bachelor of Business and Administration from Western Sydney University, is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), holds a Real Estate licence, and is the director and senior strategic advisor at Vega Property Emporium.
JANET DEDE
Operations Manager
Janet's passion has always been helping people build a better future. After completing a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, she enjoyed inspiring high school students, but soon realised that true financial education was missing from many people's lives. She became passionate about helping individuals and families understand how property can create long-term wealth and greater freedom, rather than spending a lifetime simply working to earn an income.
Driven by this mission, Janet transitioned into the property industry after completing her Master's degree at the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma at Western Sydney University.
With more than a decade of experience in Australian real estate, Janet has guided clients through some of the country's most significant market cycles, including the Global Financial Crisis, the COVID-19 pandemic, the Banking Royal Commission, and the latest property tax reforms. Having experienced these market shifts firsthand as both a property professional and an investor, she provides practical, experience-based insights that help clients make informed decisions with confidence.
Throughout her career, Janet has held a wide range of roles across the property industry, including Project Marketing Strategist, Sales Consultant, Settlement Officer, Property Manager and Operations Manager. This breadth of experience has given her an end-to-end understanding of every stage of the property journey—from off-the-plan developments and brand-new homes to established properties, leasing, settlements and investment strategies.
Today, Janet combines her industry expertise with a genuine passion for educating others, helping buyers, investors and homeowners navigate an ever-changing property market with clarity, confidence and a long-term perspective.

Maria has been a dedicated member of Vega Property Emporium since 2019, starting as a trainee property investment strategist and quickly building a strong client network through her commitment to helping first-time homebuyers and investors build successful property portfolios.
Before joining, she had a 30-year career in customer service and management, giving her valuable skills and insight that benefit her clients. Fluent in English and Spanish, she ensures clear communication and removes language barriers, enhancing the client experience. She is passionate about guiding clients toward property investment goals.
